Handhabung Innenmessung:

Das Messgerät wird z.B. mit einem Einstellring Ø 50mm
voreingestellt in dem die Digitalanzeige mit Preset auf
50mm eingestellt wird und die Messuhr auf den Wert
0 (Umkehrpunkt !) Durch Verfahren des beweglichen
Schnabels kann nun jedes beliebige Nennmaß innerhalb
des gesamten Messbereichs über die Digitalanzeige
eingestellt werden. Die Abweichung des Werkstücks zum
eingestellten Wert (Digitalanzeige) wird an der Messuhr in
1/100mm abgelesen (Umkehrpunkt !). a

Vorteil: Ein Einstellmeister reicht aus, um das Gerät, inner-
halb des Messbereiches, auf ein beliebiges Werkstückmaß
voreinzustellen.

Operation inside measurement:
a
a
The setting of the instrument will be made by using for
example a Ø 50mm setting ring gauge,the digital display
will be preset to the value 50mm and the dial gauge will
be adjusted to 0 (reversing point !). By sliding the a
movable jaw (electronic device) you can preset now each
nominal value up to the complete measuring range of the
instrument – the deviation of your work piece, in compa-
rison to your preset value at your digital display, will be
read at the dial gauge in 1/100mm (reversing point !).a

Advantage: One setting master is sufficient to adjust the
instrument and to be able to use it after that for any size
within the instrument capacity.
