Messung von Längspositionen und Winkelpositionen,
ausgestattet mit einem Positions-Zentrierkegel als
Antastelement, typische Anwendung: Vermessung von
Querbohrungen an einer Welle.
Positionsmodul Lochbild Stirnseite
mit eingebautem Maßstab, Antastelemente: Doppel-
arretierdorn (Stirnloch) und Scheibenfeder (Nut).
Anwendung: manuelle Vermessung von Lochbild
(Stirnseite, Radius, Winkel), sowie Abstand Nut und Tiefe
Nut an einer Kurbelwelle in Verbindung mit einem im
Spindelstock eingebauten Drehgeber.
Positionsmodul Nockenform
mit eingebautem Maßstab und motorischer Zustellung,
Antastelement Kugelscheibe. Anwendung: Vermessung
von Nockenform und Nockenwinkel an Nockenwellen, PC
erforderlich!
Positionsmodul mit Ausrichtprisma und Arretierkegel
mit motorischer Zustellung und konstanter Messkraft.
Anwendung: Winkelmessung Nut, Hublager an
Kurbelwelle in Verbindung mit einem im Spindelstock
eingebauten Drehgeber.

Travel of feed approximately 45mm. The clamping
mechanism comes into effect only when in contact with
the workpiece. Energy waste kept to a minimum, even
with heavy workpieces.
Longitudinal Position module L/QP
Measurement of length and angle positions, featuring a
position centering cone, typical application: measure-
ment of cross-holes on a shaft.
Position module hole pattern flange side
with integrated gauge, callipers: double arresting bolt
(drill holes) and spring-disc (groove).
Application: manual measurement of hole pattern
(flange side, radius, angle) as well as distance of
groove and groove depth on a crankshaft in connection
with an encoder that is included in the headstock.
Position module cam shape
with motor drive and integrated gauge, sperical disc
calliper. Application: Measurement of cam shape and
cam angle of cam shafts, PC requested!
Position module with alignment prism and locking cone
with motor drive and constantgauging force.
Application: angular measurement of groove, pin
bearing of a crankshaft in connection with an encoder
that is included in the headstock.
