Rundlauf- und Planschlagprüfvorrichtung mit
Hartgesteinbasis zur Kontrolle von schweren
Rotorwellen zwischen Spitzen, (Spitzenweite
3000mm max. Rundlauffehler <3µ). Optional
zusätzliche Rollenböcke und Werkstückan-
schlag. Die Vorzentrierung der Werkstücke
erfolgt schonend in Kunststoffprismen. Das
Heben und Senken des Werkstücks in die
Messposition erfolgt hydraulisch.
Testing system for concentricity and axial
run out with granite base for checking heavy
rotor shafts between centres (Centre distance
3000mm max. error <3µ). Option additional
rolling blocks and work piece anvil. Pre-centring
in plastic V’s to avoid any damage on the work
piece surface. The work piece will be put in the
measuring position by a hydraulic lifting and
kneeling system.
